Biography:  Pico debuted at Bad Karma and instantly became a force by winning the VWF television title off of Big Jimmy. Pico would retain the title at 911: Cry for Help by POUNDING the Boy Made in Heaven, but then lose the TV title after getting a hit sent on him by the Wrecking Ball when Eiffel came in and attacked! After winning the World Title later that evening against the Ball, Pico would challenge Eiffel at the next event, No Excuses.

Pico, despite winning, took the beating of his lifetime against the fat Frenchman in what was arguably the best main event in VWF history. Pico would then make his WXW debut at Jimboree in the Hills by tagging up with Necrophiliac against Dirty Harry/CJ the Destroyer, and would then lose his World Title to the Necrophiliac after help from Dave.

Pico apparently suffered some "head injuries" in that match after a hard elbow from Necro off a ladder, in which bleeding from the ears may have occurred. Pico hasn't been seen at an event since, although an newly crowned television champion, Eiffel, has been patiently waiting for a rematch. 

After a 5 event absence, Pico finally returned and challenged Eiffel to a match for the coveted VWF Television title.  Pico won in another epic battle, but this time, he won with help from the Senator accidentally plowing Eiffel with a kendostick.
